Meet The Owner
Dean Slusher
Dean, owner and operator of Outlaw Crane, brings over 21 years of hands-on experience to the heavy lifting and crane industry. With his wife, Mindy, he has built the company on simple philosophy; safety, precision and work ethic.
Unlike traditional business owners, Dean believes in leading from the operator’s seat.
This hands-on owner-operator model allows Outlaw Crane to deliver highly efficient project management, as the person directing the business is also the one assessing site logistics and executing the lifts.
Dean is a United States Marine Corps veteran, proudly serving his country in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and 2004. He is a father of 6 wonderful children and his proudest title, Pops, to his two grandchildren.
When Dean isn’t in the crane cab, he enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.
